SUMMARY:Workshop - Introduction to Fungicide Resistance and Its Management
DESCRIPTION:Join us for an interactive in-person workshop at WSU IAREC\, in Prosser\, Washington. This event will take place from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM PT\, on Friday\, December 11th\, 2026. \nDuring this workshop\, individuals will learn the basic principles of fungicide resistance: how it develops and how to prevent and mitigate its impacts. The workshop will include both a presentation\, followed by an interactive session that includes a guided review of several grape disease management programs. \nThis event is approved for 2 WSDA credits and 2 ODA credits. \nRegistration\nAdvance registration is required and can be completed here: FRAME Workshop Registration \nThere are a limited number of spots available\, and registration will automatically close when the event is full. \nThe contents of this workshop were developed as a part of the Specialty Crop Research Initiative Award No. 2024-51181-43184 titled “Pathogen Monitoring and Disease Management Within a Vineyard  FRAMEwork\,’ from the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s National Institute of Food and Agriculture.  Please visit https://framenetworks.wsu.edu/ for more information. \n  \nAnyone attending this program who requires auxiliary aids or services\, please contact Michelle Moyer at 509-786-9234 or michelle.moyer@wsu.edu.
