This event is for FRAME administrative teams and the Stakeholder advisory group.

Hotel Information: 

• The official hotel for this meeting is the Best Western Inn at Horse Heaven.
• FRAME members have a group block, open until February 6th.

Registration information:

• Registration for the 3 separate dates is required. Registration is to cover the cost of meals associated with each event.
• Please see the FRAME group emails for the registration link.
• Please DO NOT register for the Extension workshop through the FRAME website, use the link in the group emails.

Travel Information:

• The closest airport to Prosser, WA is the Pasco (PSC) airport. It’s a 40 minute drive door-to-door to the hotel.
• There are limited ground transportation options from PSC to Prosser; we recommend renting a car at the airport, or coordinating carpooling with fellow travelers.

Weather:

• Weather at the end of February can be cool, but pleasant. Check the local forecast, but typical daytime highs are in the low 50s, and lows in the low 30s.
• Springtime wind is typical in eastern WA.

Wednesday – February 27 – Pre-Meeting Social

• An evening social is planned at the Best Western Inn at Horse Heaven
• Start time is 6:30 PM.  Please check with the hotel front desk for room location.

Thursday – February 28 – Project Meeting

• The project meeting will be held at WSU-IAREC.  Carpooling is encouraged. It is an easy 7 min drive from the hotel.
• Meeting runs from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM. A specific daytime agenda will be emailed to FRAME members.
• A group dinner will be at Horse Heaven Hills Saloon – Upstairs starting at 6:30 PM.  Carpooling is encouraged.

Friday – March 1 – Industry Tour Day

• The industry tour caravan will leave from the hotel at 8:30 AM.  An exact Agenda will be circulated to FRAME members. We expect to be done by late afternoon.
• Please dress for the outdoors.
• A group dinner will be held.  Location TBD.
